Terrible cancellation process....

Had the same problem with one of the VIP members with their cancellation policy and its the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard. Had been trying for the past 5 months and still $10 + on my cc bill. TERRIBLE APP!!!! Been trying to cancel through Apple, but account with Yokee is not found.....Not recommended!!!
